Frozen Tomb was once the alternate Root Town known as Powder Village: Rue Cedar. It is now able to be accessed again but this time it is a little less safe.

[edit] Backstory

Razine traveled to this fine town one day while exploring the mountains. They were very hospitable to her. A couple weeks later, however, she returned to find out the town had been devastated by a horrible avalanche. With all the buildings under almost a mile of snow, Razine mourned for the loss of those killed. After moving on, Razine decided to continue her search for her sister.
