Carmina Hymn was built by Carmina and their subordinates. The town was built in the middle of a tempest so that the monsters of the world could not find them. People now use this area for it's wide selection of items.

[edit] Tree of Dniiw
A tree that can be found in one of the cities' many shopping areas. It is said the spirit, known as Dniiw, sent a seed to Carmina's team and it braved the tempest surrounding the city. It then grew into a large tree that proved that the town was a divine blessing.
[edit] Memoria Vessel
This ship is oddly unable to move from its current position, apparently it is tied to memories of the area itself. However legend has it that one day it will be usable and available for a chosen few to use.

A fountain that is found in the center of the town. Some people believe that the flowers have a mystical quality to them.
[edit] Carmina Aire Chaos Gate
The town's Chaos Gate is located on a stone platform. Two blue flags are also found here, they are made of a very fine silk yet are unaffected by the weather.

The shopping areas in this city are by far the most interesting of any root town. The reason is that they are everywhere. The best deals can also be found here.
